Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days after delivery to return or exchange unused items in original packaging with tags. Opened hygiene items (e.g. nutrition) cannot be accepted for safety reasons.

How to proceed

Request a return by email (hello@cantinhodobebe.pt). We send a return label. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of warehouse receipt.
